Dinner on day 2 of my 30 Day Paleo Experiment. Baked flounder with tomatoes and basil. I found this recipe in Bon Appetit; it’s from Chef Jason Alley at Comfort in Richmond, VA. Perhaps one day, we’ll trek down I95 to try his restaurant.
